India's Health Sector is facing major crisis for healthcare and paramedical staff at each & every level and even State Governments also do not have any sufficient manpower to work and support as health care and paramedical assistant/ staff. According to the report by World Health Organisation (WHO), it is estimated that there will be requirement of 90 Lac healthcare professionals by 2020.
According to the reports, an Ideal Nurse patient ratio is 1:6 but currently in our Country the ratio is 1:10 in the General Wards while it is 1: 60 for other patients. Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) has suggested to the Government of India that a public- private partnership (PPP) model can bridge this gap. During this time of globalization of education even the Indian government is also promoting privatization in education on the pattern of western countries & also promoting NGOs, to meet the need of providing job oriented courses and training in healthcare sector.
Rebirth Education & Research Foundation (RERF), pioneers in skills training in Gujarat, initiated by E.O.T and C.E.C., registered by the Government under BPT Act 21/1860 and SO. Act 21/1860 vide Regn No: F/3731 (Meh) Guj/3748. RERT is on the way to provide high quality skill training programs in healthcare industry, coupled with innovations and partnerships with leaders in healthcare industry under the auspices of Gujarat Healthcare Council, a special purpose vehicle (SPV) formed through a special resolution passed in its trustee board meeting.
